A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 10 days of your receipt of the product.

Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.

Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.

Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.

Returns must be received by Southern Charm or our shipper within 14 calendar days after notifying Southern Charm of intent to return.

After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.

Some items do have a re-stocking fee associated with them. You will be notified at the time you receive your return authorization number.
